Privacy Policy
Effective October 29, 2026
Callonia is a trade name of MY PC STAFF CORP, a Florida corporation ("Callonia", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to our website callonia.ai, our dashboards and the Callonia phone service.
Who this policy covers
Customers: restaurants and other businesses that sign up for Callonia, and the people who use their account.
Callers: people who call a business that uses Callonia. When we handle a caller’s information, we do it on behalf of that business, to take their order, booking or message.
Visitors: people who browse our website.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, business name, email, phone number, address and the people you invite to your account.
- Business setup information: your menu, prices, hours, delivery area, greetings, promotions and other settings you give us.
- Billing information: your subscription payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number.
- Call information: the caller’s phone number, the audio of the call while it is in progress, the written transcript, and what was ordered or booked, including name, delivery address and special instructions.
- Card payments made during a call: the caller types the card on the phone keypad and it goes directly to a PCI-compliant payment processor. The card number is never heard by the AI and never stored by Callonia or the business.
- Call recordings: only if the business turns on call recording.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type and logs our hosting and security providers keep to run and protect the service.
- Demo requests: your name, email, business name, type of business and mobile number, which you enter to try the demo line. We use them to run your demo and to follow up with you about Callonia.
- Messages you send us, such as emails to [email protected].
Our website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
How we use information
- To answer calls and take orders, payments, reservations and messages for the business.
- To send orders to the business’s kitchen screen and request delivery drivers.
- To show the business its calls, orders and reports in its dashboard.
- To bill for the service, provide support and tell you about changes to the service.
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and fix problems, including reviewing transcripts to improve accuracy for that business.
- To comply with the law.
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use your data or callers’ data to train AI models.
Text messages (SMS)
If a caller agrees on the call, the business they ordered from sends them a text with the order confirmation (items, prices, total and pickup or delivery time), and a secure payment link if they ask to pay on their phone, using Callonia. We only use the mobile number for that order and for messages the caller asks for. We do not use it for marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the carriers and messaging providers that deliver the messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help. See our SMS terms at callonia.ai/sms/.
Call recording and transcription
Calls handled by Callonia are transcribed so the AI can understand the caller, and may be recorded if the business turns on that feature. Callers hear a short notice at the start of the call. Businesses agree to keep this notice turned on.
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to provide the service:
- The business the caller called, which sees the orders, transcripts and messages from its own calls.
- Twilio, for phone numbers, calls, speech recognition and voice.
- Anthropic, for the AI that understands the caller and responds.
- Stripe, for subscription billing and for card payments on orders through the business’s own Stripe account.
- Uber Direct and DoorDash Drive, which receive the customer’s name, phone number, delivery address and order details to deliver an order.
- Hosting, database, security and email providers, such as Cloudflare, that run our systems.
These providers may only use the information to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people’s safety or rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
How long we keep information
- Call audio is processed while the call is in progress and is not kept unless call recording is turned on.
- Call recordings are kept for 90 days.
- Transcripts and call logs are kept for 12 months.
- Order and billing records are kept while the account is active and afterwards as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
- When a business closes its account, it can export its data for 30 days. After that we delete it, except records we must keep by law.
How we protect information
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each business’s data is kept separate from every other business’s data, access by our team is limited to what is needed and protected with two-factor authentication, and card numbers never touch our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected customers of a breach as required by law.
Your choices and rights
Customers can view, correct, export or delete their account information from the dashboard or by writing to us. Callers who want to access or delete information about their calls can contact the business they called or write to us, and we will work with that business to respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Children
Callonia is a service for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will post the new policy here and notify customers by email before it takes effect.
