Update your menu and what the AI knows

Your menu

1. Open Menu.
2. Upload your menu (PDF or photos, up to 10 files), paste a link to your online menu, or paste the text.
3. The AI reads it and fills in items, sizes and prices. Check names and prices, fix anything that’s off, and click Save.

You can edit any item, price or category later. Changes apply to the next call.

Hours and business details

In Business & hours, set your opening hours, your phone number, how long pickup and delivery orders take, and how many minutes before closing you stop taking orders. Closing after midnight? Set the close time to 23:59.

Questions and promotions

In Questions & promos, write what callers usually ask: parking, allergens, gluten-free options, catering, gift cards. The AI answers only from what you write and the rest of your profile, so if it’s not there, it says it doesn’t know and offers to take a message.

Add your specials, for example “Tuesdays all large pizzas are 12 dollars”. The AI mentions them and suggests add-ons.

Voice and greeting

In Voice & greeting, give your AI host a name, change the greeting and the goodbye, choose which languages it speaks, and pick its voice: press play to hear each one.

You can also write rules, like “Never say wood-fired: our oven is gas”.
