Forward your restaurant line to Callonia
Keep your number. Send all its calls to your AI host in two minutes.
How it works
Callonia gives your restaurant its own phone line, where your AI host answers. You keep the number your customers already know and forward all of its calls to your Callonia line. Customers notice no change, and every order goes through the AI to your kitchen screen.
Forward ALL calls, not only the ones you miss. If staff answer some calls, those orders don’t reach your kitchen screen, aren’t paid by card and don’t get a driver.
1. Find your Callonia number
- Sign in to your panel.
- Open Phone number. Your Callonia number is shown at the top. If you haven’t chosen one yet, enter your area code and pick one.
- Call it once from your cell phone to hear your AI host.
2. Forward your line
Most phone companies use the same codes. From your restaurant phone:
- Turn forwarding on: dial *72, wait for the dial tone, dial your Callonia number and wait for the confirmation.
- Turn it off: dial *73.
By company:
- Spectrum Business: *72 + your Callonia number, or sign in at spectrumbusiness.net > Voice & Services > Forwarding Manager > Forward all calls.
- AT&T business landline, Verizon, Frontier: *72 + your Callonia number. Off: *73.
- Comcast Business: in the Business Voice portal, Call Forwarding > Always, or *72 + the number.
- RingCentral and other cloud phone systems: in the admin portal, set the main number to forward all calls to your Callonia number.
With most business phone plans, call forwarding is included. If you’re not sure, ask your phone company.
3. Check it
Call your restaurant’s usual number from a cell phone. If your AI host answers, you’re done. The Phone number page also shows when forwarded calls arrive (some phone companies don’t report it).
Good to know
- Never use your main restaurant number as a manager’s transfer number: calls to it come back to the AI. See “Managers and call transfers”.
- Order texts to customers (confirmations, payment links, delivery PIN) come from your Callonia number.
