Delete your Callonia account

How to ask for deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Callonia account".
2. Tell us whether you want to delete only your own sign-in (for example, you are a manager leaving the restaurant) or the whole restaurant account (owners only).
3. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Managers and staff can also be removed by the restaurant owner at any time in the panel, under Team.

What we delete

• Your sign-in: your email, name, password and linked Google or Microsoft sign-in, and your 2-step verification settings.
• For a whole restaurant account: the menu, settings, call recordings and transcripts, customer names and phone numbers, and kitchen devices.

What we keep, and for how long

• Order and payment records (amounts, dates, order numbers) that we must keep for tax and accounting law, only as long as the law requires, without customer names or phone numbers.
• Security logs needed to protect the service, only as long as needed for that.

Before deleting a restaurant account, the owner can download all orders as a spreadsheet in the panel, under Data & privacy.

Customers of a restaurant

If you ordered from a restaurant that uses Callonia and want your information deleted, ask that restaurant or email us. The restaurant can delete it in its panel, under Data & privacy.

Para eliminar tu cuenta de Callonia (app Callonia, app Callonia Kitchen o el panel), escríbenos a [email protected] desde el correo con el que entras, con el asunto "Eliminar mi cuenta de Callonia". Te confirmamos por correo y la eliminamos en un máximo de 30 días. Borramos tu acceso y, si es la cuenta completa del restaurante, el menú, la configuración, las grabaciones y transcripciones, y los datos de los clientes. Conservamos los registros de pedidos y pagos que exige la ley (solo el tiempo que la ley exige, sin nombres ni teléfonos de clientes) y los registros de seguridad necesarios para proteger el servicio.
